Video marketing and analytics specialists Vidyard, recently released a report proving the further effectiveness of video within content marketing.

The report shows that out of 235 respondents, 71 percent of such marketers believe they got a better sales conversion from video content when compared with other forms of marketing content. These respondents were also asked about the general status of video content ROI (Return on Investment) and nearly half claimed it was improving.

When broken down a majority 86 percent of respondents actually measured their video engagement analytics. Proving valuable for feedback on the actual effectiveness of their video marketing.

Rounding off the survey, a massive 95 percent rated video higher in importance then other marketing and sales forms. So its no surprise 69 percent of those surveyed plan to increase their video marketing budgets.
