N Brown Group – Talent Recruitment Video (Onboarding)

The Brief
To create a series of Talent and Onboarding films to effectively engage with internal teams and showcase new staff benefits and processes.

Creative Treatment
This film was based around the story of a new applicant with a story that follows her through the lifecycle from interview right through to signing a new employee contract. It was decided that we would utilise the company HQ and shoot in a story led semi-dramatised scenario featuring some lovely shots of Manchester and the surrounding area.
